Summit Strength & Speed | Athlete Performance (Ages 11+)

Summit Strength & Speed is a comprehensive performance training program for athletes ages 11 and up who want to maximize their potential and stand out in their sport.

Each athlete receives individualized programming built on proven, science-driven training systems that develop strength, power, speed, agility, and injury resistance. Our coaches combine experience, technology, and attention to detail to ensure every athlete is challenged, supported, and progressing safely.

Sessions last 60–75 minutes and are designed to foster growth both on and off the field, building not only better athletes—but more confident, disciplined competitors prepared for the demands of sport and life.
