GaleForce Speed | Youth Athletic Development (Ages 8–11)

GaleForce Speed is designed for young athletes ages 8–11 to build a strong foundation for long-term athletic success. Our sessions focus on developing speed, agility, coordination, body control, and foundational strength in a way that’s fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

Athletes train in an energetic environment where drills feel like games—but every movement is intentional and designed to transfer directly to sport performance. Sessions are 45 minutes long and emphasize high-quality reps, proper mechanics, and confidence-building movement skills.
